Shenzhen Folksafe Technology Co., Ltd. located in Shenzhen, China was established in 2005, a leading professional manufacturer in the filed of CCTV Security Cabling System products, especially in Twisted Pair Transmission products. We design, develop, manufacture and market a full range of CCTV video balun, VGA balun, KVMA extender, USB extender, coaxial cable transmission, data transmission, IP cabling transmission, etc. Our company occupies 3 floors of 3000 sq.m which includes 2 floors of workshop and 1 floor of office. There're one-hundred and fifty employees in total.

There're 15 senior engineers with 8 yeas work experience in our R&D department, all of whom have professional knowledge and abundant operating experience in audio & video transmission field and security protection field. Our products' quality has been improving according to market feedback to meet the ongoing market and technology.5 to 10 new products can be developed each quarter

The QA/QC staff have rmore than 5 years' experience with abundant quality control's knowledge, strong ability in practical working and holy occupational morality.
The quality system comprises of:

1) IQC (Incoming Quality Control)

2) IPQC (In-Process QC)

3) IDQC (In-Depot QC)

4) ODQC (Out-Depot QC)

5) QA (Quality Assurance)

Our QC team implements strict quality management systems to ensure our products meet international standards. Before being shipped to customers, our products undergo 100% 72-hour burn-in test, 100% testing and calibrations, 100% functional test, 100% visual inspection and 20% random pre-shipment test.

Overseas market: 5 sales in charge of North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Africa individually. All the overseas sales are educated from university majored in International Trade with at least 2 years' experience in international business. They are capable to communicate with foreign clients in English fluently. They are professionally trained by our qualified engineers on all our products, so they have ability to provide best support to all our distributors.

Domestic market: 15 sales in charge of all the business of China. All domestic sales are college educated with rich marketing experience.

Our qualified technicians are always ready to tackle all doubts and questions from our distributors on FOLKSAFE products. With 5 years' experienced technicians and modern equipment, our service department has the strong ability to solute any service issue in a fast speed. After service (maintenance, efficient spare parts, full replacement) during warranty period as well as post-warranty is provided for all distributors.
